How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
Earlier is better.  Your booking is confirmed once the 50% payment is confirmed.  However, we try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We often can!
Do you require a security deposit?

Security deposits are at the discretion of Rent an Event.  A security deposit is generally not required unless the items are sensitive, such as glassware.  After we have received the items and it is deemed in the condition it was picked up/delivered in, we will refund the deposit.

When is payment due?

50% of the total invoice amount is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.  The balance is due in full at least one week before the event.  If the event is less than one week away, the full amount is due immediately to confirm.

​We accept cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle & local bank transfers.
Can I keep the equipment?
Rentals typically for one day, except some items such as Yard Cards.   Additional day rental will apply if the items are not available for pick up or returned but the original scheduled time.  Please note that the safety of the items are the customer’s responsibility until they are returned to Rent an Event.
What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part on your plans for your event. We will try to reschedule for a more convenient time or a later date at your request.Occasionally, we must pick up the items earlier than expected due to impending storms. We will work with you to try and provide as much rental time as possible.
